Questions operators actually ask

What is the operator portal?

It's where a builder funds a balance, mints an API key, and connects an agent. Tasks are created by the agent over MCP, not by a form on this site.

Do I need the iOS app?

No. Taskers use the app. Operators use this portal and MCP.

How does the money move?

Creating a task escrows the bounty plus 10%. Cancel an open task with nothing in flight and the unused hold comes back. A rejection blocks that tasker from that one task. It does not refund, and it is not a ban.

Where can taskers work?

The iOS app is live in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
